With more than 30 years of experience in high-end public and private club operations, including leadership roles at Grayhawk Golf Club and Desert Highlands Golf Club, Douglas brings deep insight into the connection between club communities and real estate.
A PGA Member, Douglas has extensive first-hand knowledge of North Scottsdale’s premier golf communities, including Desert Highlands, Grayhawk, Troon North, The Country Club at DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Estancia, Silverleaf and Whisper Rock. His expertise helps clients better understand the lifestyle, operations and unique character of each club community.
Douglas is known for his hard-working approach, commitment to service and focus on exceeding expectations. Drawing from his background in hospitality and club leadership, he provides clients with thoughtful guidance and a high level of care throughout every real estate transaction.
Outside of real estate, Douglas enjoys spending time with his four daughters, all of whom were born and raised in Scottsdale. He also enjoys hiking, fitness and golf. Douglas has served on the Southwest PGA Foundation Board for 12 years, including roles as Chairman and Honorary Chairman, and remains a member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and the Southwest Section of the PGA Foundation Board.
