Liz Dains

Hi! I’m Liz Dains—born, raised, and still proudly rooted in Arizona. As one of the rare Phoenix natives, I bring a lifelong perspective and a deep appreciation for the community I call home. For over two decades, I’ve lived in Central Phoenix with my high school sweetheart and our amazing 12-year-old daughter.

I graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic High School and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Arizona State University. My professional journey began at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where I worked in the lab for 8 years before transitioning into sales. While working for a moving and storage company, I realized I didn’t just want to help people move—I wanted to help them find the perfect place to call home. I became a licensed Realtor in 2019 and haven’t looked back since.

Today, I’m proud to work full-time in a career that blends my love for people, community, and this ever-evolving city. From historic charm to cutting-edge developments, I’ve witnessed the Valley’s transformation firsthand—and I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate it with confidence.

Outside of real estate, I stay closely involved with my church, St. Thomas the Apostle, and its school community where my daughter attends. You’ll also find me lending a hand at my husband’s family business, Ajo Al’s Mexican Café—an Arizona favorite loved by locals.
