Elliot Brietta is a dedicated real estate professional, and the Founder/Co-Principal of Q2 Advisory at Compass, servicing clients in both the Arizona and New York markets.
His life-long passion for architecture and design, paired with his experience growing up with family members in the residential real estate and construction management businesses, greatly influenced his love of incredible property and its process of creation. His father, a broker of over 20 years in Arizona, works closely with him to service their Q2 Advisory clients in that market.
He began his career in real estate in the dynamic New York City market, working on a top performing team, assisting clients from first time buyers to billionaires on over $350M worth of transaction volume. In the evenings, he attended the world-renowned Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU, earning his MS in Real Estate Development in 2024. As a result, he is able to bring a deep wealth of knowledge in multiple aspects of real estate to his clients, in order to help them achieve meaningful results.
Previous to his work in real estate, he worked in television production on shows such as Dr. Phil and The Kelly Clarkson Show. While working on these shows, he honed his ability to deliver on tight timelines with great attention to detail, and produced both human interest guests and celebrity panelists. He still utilizes this past media experience now as a marketing asset for his real estate business, filming property tours for his TikTok page which has grown to over 20,000 followers.
When he is not serving his clients, Elliot loves enjoying the world-class dining scenes in both Phoenix and New York City with friends and family, attending cultural events and visiting museums, reading (particularly books on architecture and design, and non-fiction biography), and spending time in nature.
