An excellent negotiator who has an uncanny ability to make anyone a friend, Jennifer combines her people skills with her extensive remodeling background to help her clients realize the beauty and potential in every home. She has honed her craft working with strategic investors focusing on distressed real estate assets both for long-term holds and flips. She is a top relocation specialist and works with clients who are new to the valley as well as long-time residents. She is Cartus certified, SIRVA Certified and works with many other top relocation companies. Jennifer was raised in California and has been a Valley of the Sun resident for over 20 years. A huge supporter of education, she served as Vice President of Fundraising at Cherokee Elementary, Parent Ambassador for Yes to Children at Cocopah Middle School, President of the Booster Club for the Saguaro Boys’ Basketball team and she served on the Parents Association at Phoenix Country Day School. Jennifer’s family plays a big part in her life and successes and her boys – a Senior studying Biology and Chemistry at Arizona State University, and a Junior studying Physics at CalTech – are her proudest accomplishments.
