With an MBA in marketing from Arizona State University and a background in technology as a #1 sales executive, a Director of Consulting and an instructor in Consultative Selling at IBM, John expertly applies the Consulting Sales Process to every transaction. Whether he is hunting for a high-equity property for a buyer or using innovative marketing to showcase a home’s best features for a seller, his goal is to exceed expectations through industry expertise and local knowledge.

John’s diverse professional background includes pioneering national email marketing and luxury wine sales for his former wine boutique in Malibu. John also designed wine cellars and wine collecting strategies for high-net-worth individuals. This unique experience, combined with his corporate executive background across major U.S. markets, provides him with a global perspective and a sophisticated approach to luxury lifestyle offerings. With experience as a resident in America's largest cities due to his job promotions, and having lived in the Valley multiple times across 40 years, he possesses an intimate understanding of most major markets, and the Valley's historic neighborhoods and emerging markets.

Outside of real estate, John is passionate about architecture, renovation, and cooking. He is an active member of the community, coaching paddling sports in his rare free time on Tempe Town Lake, and supporting Special Olympics. He enjoys spending time and cooking with his family and most of his friends, relaxing with his three Bulldogs—Daphne, Tango, and Cash, playing guitar (it's getting a lot better since COVID), singing on or off-key, and getting out on the water any time!
