Michele’s the glue, the one you come to when you need an ear, hug, or pep talk. Mama bear to the Compass team and to three adult children, she is happiest in the outdoors, pilates studio, or on a dance floor. A seeker of life’s many wonders, her travel bucket list is long, and you know she will get there. Michele is confident, intellectually acute, and kind to the core. She knows magnificent gardens do not grow overnight – they take time, collaboration, trial and error, and openness for knowledge and adaptation. She shares this humble wisdom daily with her team.

As the Director of Broker Operations, Michele is guided by the African proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Michele values the importance of the protection of agents and consumers at the forefront. Working closely with every agent at the company, Michele lives and breathes the dynamic culture at Compass.

Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Michele first earned her WA real estate license in 2005. She worked for a boutique brokerage where she learned from innovative developers who specialized in new home development and sales. Michele dove headfirst into AZ real estate in 2009 and navigated the world of short sales and REOs. Fast forward to today, where she excels at training & guiding agents, all while adapting to the constant shifts that occur within this industry.

Michele believes no dream is too big and thrives on helping her agents exceed their goals and better their lives. Her infectious optimism permeates the culture at Compass, and she finds herself inspired every day by the amazing talent and possibility within this brokerage.
