Kim is a near native to AZ – with deep roots in the PV, Scottsdale, and neighboring areas.
She has over 30+ years in sales, marketing, and business development experience. She has held posts i.e., Sales Director of Scottsdale Citizen Magazine, Sales and Marketing Director for WestWorld of Scottsdale (contracting 400+ events annually) with clients that included national and international companies (Range Rover, DiscountTire, Barrett-Jackson, Revlon and more). The Bankofier Group (Partner) represented APANI (First Regional Private Label Bottled water company) with clients that included the NBA, MLB, Casinos, and Callaghan Wines before moving her expertise to Residential Real Estate where Bankofier has been licensed for 25+ Years. Kim redirected her interest to luxury senior living in 2010 while participating on the opening team of Vi at Silverstone (internationally acclaimed community- $225M+ investment 2010-2018). Her role in Business Development helped drive multi-million-dollar revenue annually to the community through strategic alliances, special events and partnerships. Establishing Gold Brand and Company in 2018 and redirecting The Bankofier Group, PLLC into more consultative roles, TBG consulted with wealth management firms, manufacturing, non-profits, and other start-up companies. At GBC/TBG Kim has honed her skills in business and real estate viewing all from 30K feet. Her network is vast but prides herself on honesty, transparency, experience, and work ethic. Kim Is married to husband Todd and has three children; Kylee, Scott and Bailey and dog mom to sister Bouvier’s Poppy and Reagan.
